They come in with the expectation you already have content on your website that matches their needs. This is confusing to some, especially those just starting out. There are a lot of free articles from article directories, so post them on your site. Leave all resource boxes and content intact so the proper credit is given to the author.
Post videos from YouTube and other sites on your website – its easy to do by cutting and pasting the embed code. There are also a lot of free article feeds that are free on other directories. Just make sure you maintain the integrity of the piece by posting the resource box to give credit to the author.
Use your own or what others have posted.
Don’t give up if you are rejected. It depends on who the advertised is partnered with, so you may be accepted on another network.
